This place has terrible costumer service. We were waiting at the computer section for assistance and we didn’t find any help. There were 3 employees at the section, 2 of them were helping one person, and when the other was finished helping another customer, he proceed to stand behind the counter when he knew we needed help. We were waiting for at least 30 minutes when the store was hardly busy. Not only that, at the front of the store, there were at least 5 employees standing around talking. I can’t believe we lost BrandsMart USA for this sorry excuse for a store.

I stopped by this Best Buy to browse around the store and also pick up an online order. The store was clean, organized, and had the typical selection of electronics and products that I expect from Best Buy. I didn't need any assistance while I was shopping, so I can't really comment on the customer service. For my online order pickup, I did have to wait a little while because the employees were helping customers already in line first, but once they got to me, the pickup process was straightforward. As a trading card collector, I also noticed their selection was fairly limited, but that's not the main reason most people shop here. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would shop at this location again.

Customer service is terrible I have visited this store three different times times and the same results I ask employee to help me with a freezer they stated let me get someone to help you because that is not my department then about 8 employees walk right pass me and did not speak or ask me for help waited there for 30 minutes then went up front and said you told me someone was going to help me it has been 30 minutes and no one came or help me she got on the walkie and told them again I went back and no one never came to assist me so I left the second visit I went to purchase a door ring camera and the same thing go over there and someone in that department will help I waited and waited no one came to help me so I call my sister in video and she showed me which one to get and the batteries because once again no one came to help me the third visits the same thing happened to me again I brought a tv online and supposed to have curb side service no one came out to the car so I went in and they said go get in this line got there the lady scan my phone and said I will be back so I needed to purchase some batteries and wanted to make sure I was getting the right kind again another disapp

Went in with DH while he was looking for specifics. I was impressed with how tidy the store was and how friendly the staff was. He was able to find the electronic he was looking for and I walked around, price checking vs online, and was happy to note most prices were slightly cheaper there than they were online. They had a nice selection of appliances to include a few that were specialty priced as well as many that you could look at before you purchase- which takes away any question on what it might look like IRL- unlike purchasing straight online- which I like. Besides appliances, they had tons of tech. Lots from watches to tablets, rings and the glasses, things you'd expect to find - they had. I also checked out the water closet/rest room and found it to be in order, well stocked, and surprisingly, it was decorated with some fake flowers on the counter. It was fairly busy but not overwhelmed. The parking was plentiful and not crowded. There was a group of workers maintaining the trees in the parking lot, trimming the limbs, so they wouldn't fall on the cars- which I appreciate- especially with our crazy weather. Ease of ordering from Amazon 5/5. Ease of picking up from pickup counter (all five times) 2/5. Knowledgeable staff 4/5. Quality electronics (3/5 - price but need tech/geek squad faster when my family buys the more expensive products). Amount of people standing around at a station is interesting. Only helpful if helpful but they definitely always know where to go when asked specifically for an item. Wait time in line for pick up (3 ahead): 25 minutes. Checkout line: cleared twice in same time. Plan ahead! Still a good store!
